Self assessment
Purpose: To determine the principles of evaluating and reporting the procedures and system effectiveness implemented in the
Elazig Private Doğu Anadolu Hospital Hospital in line with the Quality in Health and Accreditation Department of the Ministry of Health,
and initiating corrective or preventive actions when necessary.
Self-Assessment: It is the evaluation activity carried out within the institution based on the Quality Standards in Health, under the responsibility of the Hospital Quality Director.
Self-Assessment Team: It is a team consisting of at least two employees assigned to self-evaluation by the hospital administration and the Quality Management Unit.
Self-Assessment Plan: It is the document prepared by the Quality Management Unit, in which the self-assessment will cover which parts,
in which time interval it should be done and the place of duty of the self-assessment teams.
Self-Assessment Period: It is planned at least twice a year to cover all departments.
